If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site/application.
1. Use License

- Modify or copy the materials;

- Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Thali's platform;

2. Account Responsibility
Restaurant administrators and platform users are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
3. Platform Services and Menus
Thali acts as a unified portal bridging the gap between consumers and restaurants. We are not responsible for the accuracy of menu availability, pricing updates managed by third-party restaurant administrators, or the quality of food prepared by the host entities.
4. Limitations
In no event shall Thali or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Thali's website and application platform, even if Thali or a Thali authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
